What to expect during your advice call

You will be speaking to an Australian business lawyer on your first call with us.

Yes, you can ask us for simple legal advice on your call.

However, if your query is not simple, for example, if you need a document reviewed to receive accurate legal advice, we'll let you know upfront what the cost will be, usually on the same call or in a follow up email quote.

We generally don't need to review your documents before our first call but may ask you for documents or further information before providing you with a quote for your legal services. Rest assured, we keep your information confidential.

What You Can Do Before Your Advice Call

If you have a moment, check our website articles because you may find some of your answers there and even if you don't, you'll have some background legal information before our call to help you with your questions. Checking our articles before a call is optional.

What Happens During Your Advice Call

We'll give you legal advice about your legal query and give you an idea of the legal work involved (if any).

Conversations, correspondence and documentation between you and your lawyer are confidential.

What We'll Provide Your After Your Advice Call

After your advice call, we'll provide you with an email quote for any legal work and may supply you links for further legal information. If you accept our email quote, then we'll send you an e-starter pack with your client engagement & our trust deposit details to begin work.
